Two things should be clarified: one is textual research, the other is mastering skills.
Even if you get the certificate, you don’t really have the matching skills.
If you have mastered the skills, you will be excellent even if you don’t have a certificate. The certificate is just a piece of paper.
1. Combination of theory and practice
Many students will ask, is it useful to learn this course? Nowadays everyone has certifications. First of all, you should understand the concept that certification and learning are different. Passing CCNA or HCNA does not mean that you have mastered the skills required by NA, and learning NA does not mean that you can pass the NA exam. NA is still very difficult in foreign countries. Network engineers should first master the theoretical system, but many companies want people who can really do something. These are designed to practice. Many students who have studied NA or NP have not yet figured out what is a project, what is cutover, and what is a scheme.
At the theoretical level, many manufacturers are common, and the theory focuses on many details, while most of the projects focus on how to implement, which also involves various processes and communication skills.
When we study theory, we can better learn the network by matching it with practice.
2. Certification of each manufacturer
We first know the certification of various manufacturers. Cisco, as a global universal certification, is also the first to start the certification of network engineers. In foreign countries, Cisco certification is a well-recognized certification, but in China, the recognition is slightly lower, mainly because there are question banks in China. Huawei is a highly recognized certification manufacturer in China. Although it is later than Cisco, Huawei has made great efforts in China in recent years, but its recognition abroad is very low. H3C’s recognition in China is good, but the way to obtain this certification is difficult, and the promotion is not enough. The recognition in China is almost the same as Huawei’s, but it is more difficult. Ruijie is promoted on most campuses, and some universities cooperate with Ruijie for research.
No matter which manufacturer, IE is the certification at the top of the pyramid, and the exam requires a whole day’s LAB exam. The difficulty coefficient is self-evident.
3. Learn from Cisco and use Huawei
Learn from Cisco. Cisco certification has been 25 years since 1993. The whole theoretical system is complete and Cisco guides the industry.
With Huawei, domestic Cisco equipment has been diluted by Huawei and H3C due to policy, which Many students who are at work now have responded. Now it is difficult to see Cisco equipment, most of which are H3C and Huawei equipment. Therefore, we must learn to use Huawei commands as network workers.
