Tomatoes with a twist
Hasselback is a cooking method that comes from Sweden and is usually used with potatoes. The Hasselback recipe comes from a tavern in Stockholm called Hasselbacken. In our appetiser recipe, we use tomatoes.
Things used:
- Lots of tomatoes
- The cheese mozzarella
- Leaves of basil
