Childhood, youth, and education
The future businessman was born on October 22, 1988, in Moscow. He studied at an ordinary comprehensive school with no advanced classes. Most of his classmates finished 9th grade and went to college. Andrey earned his first money at school by installing software on computers and repairing cell phones.
After graduation, Andrey Monosov entered the university at the Faculty of Economics. He took up his interest in programming only as a hobby and was not going to change his study profile. After university, he got a job at a Moscow bank but did not work there for long. After that Andrey Monosov got a job at a consulting firm, where he worked from 2009 to 2015. Here, starting with the post of an ordinary specialist, he then held the position of head of the department and expanded his competence in terms of managerial decisions and financial planning. When asked why he did not enter the Institute of Physics and Technology if his hobby has always been programming, Andrey says that the choice of specialty was difficult. However, he expected an economist’s education to be more promising in terms of finances and career ambitions. Moreover, he did not want to make his passion a routine.
In 2017, Andrey Monosov established his own company. The entrepreneur outlined his business profile: outsourcing and client software. Later, the specialization became narrower—the digital transformation of corporate processes. This is exactly the task that IA Tech software products solve.

“Profit was not our main goal. Business process automation is really a significant procedure that simplifies people’s lives. In addition, we should keep trusting relationships with our customers and be transparent with them, as a company’s reputation is its main asset. Another important aspect of IT projects is proper planning and control of key processes. If a manager doesn’t know what’s going on in his company, sooner or later problems will arise. He must understand the work processes on a professional level, that is, thoroughly understand his job.”
Private life and facts about Andrey Monosov
Besides programming, Andrey Monosov is fond of music, plays guitar, and can listen to classical and metal music depending on his mood. He is involved in two sports: cycling and swimming.
Andrey Monosov is married and has three children. He’s trying to spend as much time as he can with his family as a businessman.

“For me, family and home are the solid foundation. However, if a person totally devotes himself to the family, it can be a challenge for personal development. So my spouse and I divide up family responsibilities so that everyone has time for their own hobbies and activities. It is essential to support each other at any difficult moment.
