Ramakrishna tells an inspiring Story.
One day while teaching his disciples about the presence of God in the universe, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa told his students that God is present everywhere. He said God is present in humans, animals, birds, etc. One of his students genuinely motivated by the story. One day when these disciples went to bring some water from the river, they all discussed the story and other things and came back.
Then suddenly, they saw a considerable elephant approaching them, and the mahout sitting on the elephant warned them that the elephant was mad and they should soon move away from the place. All the students gave way and moved away, but this one disciple stayed without moving, saying that God was present in the elephant and won’t harm him.
He remained there despite repeated warnings and advice from his Mahut, friends, and other people. The elephant ran towards him and knocked him down. He injured and lost consciousness. He upset and couldn’t understand the in-depth meaning of his master’s teachings.

So, when this incident happened, God was present in the mahout, his friends, and others who wanted to save him from the elephant. However, the student, unable to understand the essential message of the lesson, foolishly injured.
